As a public school system, we welcome all students who live within the district's boundaries and meet state age and health requirements. For specific enrollment information, please contact your child's school. If you need to verify that you live within the BHSD38 boundaries, please use the School Finder to look up the boundaries for your address.
All familes are required to prove residency upon registration. Legally, we cannot allow students who do not reside within our District boundaries attend our schools without paying tuition. Please review the school policy (7:60).

The McKinney-Vento Act is a federal law guaranteeing all children and youth the right to an equal education, regardless of their living situation. Protection under the McKinney-Vento Act extends to those who lack a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence.
